Detailed Description:
A few additional options should be added for selling, trading, and markets options they are: 1. Allow a corporation the option to sell on the market at cost + x% (where the player can set x from -20 to + 200. This will allow players the option of only selling items at a profit. 2. Allow contracts between a country and its corporations, and among comman market members to be either at the market price, or at cost, or at cost +10%. This is more reflective of the real word. Many contracts issued by governments are at cost plus some amount. 3. Allow common market option of "buy first from Market" and "sell first to market." The option "buy first from market" would have the corporation place a buy order from the common market for a month, and then, if the item is not purchased, will cancel that order and put in a buy order from the world market. The option to "sell first to common market would put the item up for sale for 1 month in the common market, and then, if it is not sold, remove the item from the common market and then put the item on the world market. Thus, if a common market uses those options, it would be a very easy way to buy first and sell first within the market (or country), but to buy and sell as needed outsite the market. 4. Allow a common market to set a rule that all sales between members be at either A- the market price times x% or B- cost plus X%. Allowing, through voting, the market members to set the x. 5. Allow countries to give cash injections into failing private companies and public corporations in their country. This would allow the option of "bailing out" failing industries. This should be limited to companies that were in the country for 10 years or longer, but that are in poor financial shape.

There are many requests for improvements in the contracts and common markets. We will indeed improve in several steps. This also makes sense but it requires a lot of work and will take a long time to implement.
