Detailed Description:
Currently you can only set corporation salaries between 30 and 200, but if there are other corporations with higher salaries 300+ then it can take quite some time for those new companies to get to 100% hiring. I think you should have to set salaries for new corporations within a range of the average of all corporations in the country (-50 to +50 of the average sound ok?).
Vote yes for relative wages, vote no if you want to open 3rd world rate corporations in countries that are paid 1st world wages.
