Detailed Description:
I think presidents should be able to pick one day out of a whole game year, and make that a national holiday for their country, and on the national holiday, that country gets a random gift, like something similar to what you give the new players, like 300B or something like that. Maybe you could also choose what kind of celebration your population would have, maybe you could have a military parade, or fireworks (or both). I don't know. What does everyone else think? Vote yes if you think this is a good idea, and no if you don't.
