This proposal is for those players that wish to take or buy a second (or beyond) country....After the additional country has been brought to an equal or near equal balance with the original country - there should be an option to drop the borders...make them one country and there by allowing all of the resources to be used to the greatest advantage......So.... If you want to make LARGER - Stronger Countries....Politically as well as Financially - vote YES....
