-auto cash transfers to corps, to prevent them turning into negative cash balance
-auto building new education\health stuff depending on free people of appropriate profession & cash of country
-auto giving out loans of all free cash of a country
-auto repayment of previous loans taken by selected corps\whole country
-your suggestions
Of course all that should be optional - i.e. you can always turn that off..

We do not like auto cash transactions as they can bankrupt the country but we have already made them so easy, you can give all your corporations lots of cash in one single click. Building education and health can be done but might take some time to get to it and auto repayment of loans is in the game since day one. If you mean to pay loans directly when cash is available, that is possible but will be delayed because of so many other issues. We already promised to make a quick payment option of all loans in corporations.
