Detailed Description:
W3C has made nuclear weapons very powerful (more realistic, as we have asked). Still some presidents don't realize what the extend of damage is, when carelessly throwing hydrogen-bombs on a target. In the months/years, after the attack, the disaster is mentioned in the newspapers, allas without further info.
I think that every time the newspaper reports about the nuclear disaster, the country/person responsible for this disaster should be mentioned again, and again. FI:"...caused by the nuclear attack on 21 July 2399 launched by president Moron III from country XXX".
