More Interactive Budget System Status: Good ideas

Detailed Description:

I think it would be interesting to have a more complex budget system other than just the basic mainly automatic system currently in place. Some ideas: - Population income tax rate -> Higher income taxes could increase unrest in countries. Would allow nations to make sacrifices in times of war, or just be more oppressive if they so please. - Health care policy -> Governments with enough revenue could provide a public option. This could also offset some unrest from higher taxes. Also, possibly boost welfare higher than levels possible without it. - More Complex Social Security -> Social security can include unemployment payments for x amount of months. Also an option for a welfare system. ** Countries with the public option and welfare systems in place could possibly generate production levels that are unreachable without them. - Debt ceilings - > Governments could set a higher debt ceiling than 8T once they've been a member for X amount of time. - Economic collapse -> Countries could suffer and economic collapse once it's debt reaches critical levels. Armies could begin to disband, or possible coup d'etat.
