Detailed Description:
In a previous poll, it was mentioned that private corporations should pay less "resources used" fee. I propose that private corporations from an enterprise who is member of a common market does not pay any fee when it is in the country that is also member to the same common market. This will improve trading cooperation and improve enterprise profitability. (If you look at your country's finances index, you will not see any direct income coming from anything close to being called "resources used", so what's the point of the enterprises paying that money out ??). If you want to make the common markets be what they are supposed to be, free trade zones, please agree.

The money is paid to the countries to make private a public corporations more attractive for the country. Countries should invite many CEOs and replace all their state own corporations by CEO owned corporations. This is the best way to make both countries and enterprises profitable.
We intend to allow CEOs to increase quality and the size of the their corporations and make them much larger. It will also make them more profitable. There will probably be larger corporations but in smaller numbers because someone has to consume all these products.
