Detailed Description:
Think that the 42 day rule for Premium Member CEO's should be lowered to a lower amount to allow Premium Members that pay 30gc a month to set up an extra enterprise the ability to build in player controlled countries before they have to pay another 30gc for the chance to do so. Vote Yes if you agree to lower the restriction to 10 days or less!

We will look into the original arguments behind the 42 days limitation. If the conditions that lead to this in the past have changed, we will reduce the number of days. One of the reasons in the past was that an enterprises owner wo could be a free member quickly starting several accounts with an enterprise, could build in countries and then suddenly, close the corporations, destroying the economy of a country.
