Detailed Description:
If a country is running on large loans constantly requiring it to continuously borrow more money, the major lender should be temporarily allowed to make decisions for that country. For example, a country that has loans exceeding 15T, the President should no longer have the ability to create war or make any decisions without the permission of the major lender. This will prevent countries from accruing more debts.

Such a feature is quite complex as we will need to do a lot of computing to find out who that lender is and mainly because this person may not be available and will not answer on time ot not at all.
We think that the game itself should put such limitations on such countries.
