Detailed Description:
corporations sometimes require loans to get things moving a little faster. That???s okay with me, but why the hell do they go and take a loan as big as $20 billion and never pay it back. the president has to pay billions of dollars for a loan he never knew existed, as a result, the country's economy could hit a brick wall because the governments paying money it doesnt have. corporations shoud ask permission from the president before asking for that much money, or ask for any loan in general. presidents should also be up-dated on loans that are due, unpaid, and due in a few months or days. this is a new way to avoid debt from clumsy decissions made by corporations.

W3Creative reaction: there is a page which points out exactly how much money which corporations have on loan. Also there is no way to start a corperation/company in real life without taking out a loan for some starting capital.
