loans should not be dispersed automatically, i find that getting out of debt is hard when you receive a loan for corp and country that you did not request, players should only receive loans when requested

This was explained many times. If loans are not given, all purchases of the country will be blocked. Playing will become impossible. Youcannot spend if youhave no money. Cut cost and you will have no loans taken.
