List of President by War Level Status: Will be added

Detailed Description:

Currently the only way to find out which president can be declared on, etc is by clicking on each president of the list of presidents.

Those who wanna play the war game too, should have an EASY and practice way to know the war level of each president. It can be a separated list OR a new column named WAR LEVEL in the List of Presidents + a way to filter and sort it. Someone else suggested a color code to represent the current war level: Green for 0 - 2 Yellow for 3 - 5 Red for 6 - 8 etc

Choose the one that requires you less time/easiest so it can be implemented ASAP.

Please, vote YES to have a better way of knowing the WAR LEVEL of each president in all wars.
