Detailed Description:
Now we all know from experience as a new player its hard to figure everything out by yourself and that it is more fun to play with others. I suggest that when a new player joins, they be given a simple list of active players, 5-10 with a specific amount of kilometers of their country or if theres enough if their region simply their region. This would both increase the amount of new players and also raise the permanent residents.
