Detailed Description:
It is time that we reconsider the limits of the number of corporations a CEO may have in one country and the maximum that can be built at one time. Currently, a CEO may have 12 Corporations in the countries which he/she is the leader and have 6 in other countries. I propose that this number be increased. I also see the benefit of allowing countries to build more than one corporation at a time upon access being granted. This allows a CEO to utilize the country's population availability quickly and efficiently, while allowing countries to experience rapid growth.

The limit of 12 is introduced because having your CEO corporations in your own country is not really taking them public. Private corporations have advantages above state corporations but they should be real private and not depend of the same person to be the president.
The other limit is to prevent a player frm closing up a large part of the economy of a country. If you have many corporations in that country, you could create a very large damage.
We hate limitations but misuse of fweatures forced these upon us.
