Detailed Description:

This proposal is about the waiting time I mean I m talking about delivery delays on weapons but on Little Upsilon it says you can turn off secured mode so you click on it then it says it doesn't make sense and you have to wait 42 days after registration or with a enterprise you have to wait 180 game months before you can start a corporation in a human controlled country i mean how are newbies going to make more money if they cant build certain corporations in computer controlled countries and the secured mode i don't mean like once you turn it off every singe person can attack you or you attack them i just mean if 2 newbies wish to make war with other and they both agree then let them destroy them selves so vote yes for new players have a taste of what its really like very fun and exciting!!

W3Creative reaction:

newbies used to bug existing players and some even just registered for that in mind. They tried to destroy economies and wage wars they could not manage or afford. 180 game months wait for setting up a corporation in a country with a president might be too long. We can shorten it a little but it must remain beyond the try out period so that we limit it to more serious players.

We have recently made it very easy for newbies to start wars against Computer controlled countries (C3). Wars start immediately and the first such country is relatively easy to conquer. We even added offensive weapons so that a new player can start learning about war from the start.

We agree with this rejection of newbie wars against countries with presidents. This should be limited to more serious players who understand the consequences and the cost that is involved.
