Detailed Description:
I think that Simcountry should rely much less on Medium Level Managers, because it is very hard to get more once you have a scarcity of them.
We should either have a better way to get Med. Man.'s, or have less reliance on them.

Not a convincing vote. Mid. Level Managers are very easily educated. Many countries have huge numbers of them. Education must be at a good level and there will be no problem what so ever.
We intend to create one world in the future where education, health, and in general the economy will be trivial. That world will be a war world that is played successfully by everyone and success is measured by the size of empires.
We may start making it easier on Fearless Blue but the game will not become trivial on the other worlds.
