Detailed Description:
Why is there a restriction in this game when one of own corps has to reach a value of at least 500B or over in order to do a public offering? Vote yes if you wish to see this repealed and turn them into public corporations whenever you wish which would be convenient when using your own enterprise to buy shares in your own country controlled corps? or Vote no if you think its a good idea to wait forever and be a real crippling burden when your enterprise buys shares from your own country controlled corps?

Only the largest corporations should trade on the stock market. There are too many as it is. In the real world, there are many conditions to qualify. They include profit, sales volume and much more. To keep it simpler, we are using the value to combine all these conditions.
