Detailed Description:
I believe we should go back to the old IPO conditions for starting pub corps. With the new system I can wait anything upto 2 months to reach requirements but with the old way it would take weeks. I create a lot of state corps to then make public which in turn I transfer to my enterp therefore making lots more money for the country. Whilst increasing my corps in my enterp and chances for game level changes. So vote yes for old or no for the new.

IPO conditions are re-evaluated from time to time and adjusted to market conditions. With declining numbers in the game due to the lower exchange rates, the conditions may be up to an update shortly. We are unaware of what is meant by previous conditions.
