Detailed Description:
This would involve a balance between incentives and levies to encourage care and concern of the environment within empires and countries. Some suggestions include: Higher start up cost for eco-friendly and eco-sustainable corporations in return for lower tax rate, or cheaper cost of materials. Introduce recycling corporations or recycling facilities in addition to the Water Treatment Installation. Introduction of Air Pollution indicator for each nation which could be linked to the pace of development in a country and Health Index.
