Detailed Description:
The first time a player declares war, a guide should pop up. This guide would include step by step instructions for taking your first C3, including a shopping list of what weapons you must have, fighter for instance. This pop up guide should also include a button similar to user agreements, (its not a user agreement,) in that they have to check that they read the document. Of course they wouldn't have to actually read it, just check the box. This guide would provide all the information needed to war, and should eliminate the common new player mistakes.

We agree. We are currently preparing a tutorial that will guide new players in their first war. The tutorial will show new players how to declare war and how to win it. The tutorial will end when the player has won the war and conquered a C3 country.
