Detailed Description:
I suggest 2 new types of hospitals; Maternity/childrens hospitals to improve the health of children reducing their disability and death rates. 'Retirement'hospitals for our former useful workers that have now become a burden on our social security budget ;-) The temptation would be to let these folks expire....but for health score and welfare these would be needed. Workers would be more productive knowing their old folks are well looked after.
