Detailed Description:

Increase the granularity of cash transfers into/out of corporations to Billions rather than Millions. To transfer 50B to a corporation you would only have to enter 50 into the form rather than 50000.

Improve the parsing of numerical form data so that the game recognizes the multiplier suffixes k/K, m/M, b/B, and t/T in both upper and lower case. This could be extended to allow engineering notation so that "1m9" would mean 1900000.
