This will allow countries that need more worker to support their industries can receive them, and nations with less demand can have some relief some of the strain of unemployment. Countries can accept migrate workers, or allow them to become citizens.

Immigration was implemented and can be reactivated. We had some problems in the past but these were solved. Immigration can work both ways. Many countries have shortages and people can start leaving your country for better life elsewhere.
We will first publish the welfare index and allow everyone to do something about welfare in their country before we activate immigration, that will cause people to move to countries with a higher welfare index.
