Detailed Description:
The starting countries are too good today. I could practically pick a country at random and it'll probably have a large cash reserve and positive cash flow. There's simply no challenge left. Bring back the old poor countries drowning in debts.

Starting country have never been poor. In fact, they used to have much more money and a large army and it was very popular to capture them for the boot.
It is now much more realistic, with some money to start and a positive cash flow. The countries have a population count of less than 7.000.000 and have to work hard to climb up the ranks.
