Detailed Description:
Can we have something done about the extreme high cost of goverment. It seems my entire income is off set by the cost of goverment being increidbly high. The cost of goverment in all countries is above a trillion dollars a year. That seems very high, i know that the cost goes up depending on population and countries under control, however i only own 7 countries, with about 415 million thru out the entire empire, and with even those few countries, the cost of goverment is damn near depressing

The cost of government depends on the number of countries in the empire and 7 is quite high but not extreme. It also depends on the population, on the quality of products the country purchases and on the government salaries in the country.
Reducing the quality and the salaries will reduce the cost of government. It may also influence the salaries in corporations and the welfare (index). You need to think of the government cost, compared to the extra earning from a high welfare index.
Government cost in many countries did decline recently with the other cost items and will keep declining as the price of products declines and salaries too.
