what is up with this net cash stuff, i would like to see gold coins just come straight out of your cash (in game), no net cash requirements or anything, the only restriction i would like to see kept in is the subtraction of loans from your cash. Vote yes to gold coins being subratced straight from your game cash vote no to keep it how it is.

Not a convincing vote and rightly so. Exchanging cash into Gold coins is only meant as a way to use access cash and not to deplete the country that will have to go into debt shortly after the exchange.
