Detailed Description:
When a country has enough money it can give it away into loans to others. The only thing is that you don't have any control to which company or to which country receives this money. In my case a country received almost one 1.0T of loans and with this money he started a war. Indirectly I am funding and supporting countries who are going to war. Before you give loans you should have the opportunity to choose in which industry or what kind of government the loans goes too.
