Give a GC Gift Status: Will be added

Detailed Description:

Many players would find a benefit to being able to give a 'gift' of GC, such as helping fed mates and more. This can be in the 'direct trading market' as a new option called "Give GC" and would be given immediately, as if the GC had been purchased. This would be listed on the GC Transactions to give a list of where money goes and comes from to provide accountability.
