Detailed Description:
I propose that c3 countries should exist for 2-3 days after they reset, until a trial member can take over presidency of them. This is becuase, especially on worlds such as LU, in many regions countries are taken over by trial members within hours of a country resetting itself. I know for me, that i have had my eye on a country for the past 3 months, but every time it resets a trial member takes it over before I even get to declare war on it. I find that kind of ridiculous. So this is my solution to that problem.
