Detailed Description:
before i begin id like to say that this poll is not a cry out to have sympathy for me so dont take it that way. currently in the game to receive money for someone else other than trading you have to use the gc market. my economy isnt fully developed yet so i do require some financial aid from my friends. the problem is that whenever the donate money to me i need to give gc in return. i purpose that we should have a feature that enables us to give money to other countries for free. it would work similar to the way that you would transfer money throughout countries in your empire, only instead of selecting a country from a list you type in the name of the country. vote yes if you agree. vote no if you disagree
