Detailed Description:
As Premium Member, I belive that if your commanding country is in a federation, then all of your countries should be part of it atoumaticly. Vote yes if you believe so.

We intend to add this option. If you choose for it, the federation may grow very fast and if the limit of 25 is reached, nine of the countries will be able to join. So yes, and all the countries of an empire must be in one federation.
