Detailed Description:
Federations in the game are too simple. There isn't much to use them for. They should be able to apply more pressure and help eachother out more. I can't say ive came up with every way to fix the problem but a federation bank would be very useful. The members could deposite extra recources and money and people of certain proffesions into the federation bank where the members could then access the bank and use the recources as they see fit. There could be voting where the person would say why they need it and the others would vote if they could access it and there could be a monthly fee or something decided by the chairman, on how much to deposit every month, if any.

We have the intention to make federations stronger. There is however a problem with linked federations and excessive power concentration that can be formed if we do so without correcting that problem.
