Detailed Description:
Currently, there is no common forum/portal for all members of a federation to conduct discussions. The only means reasonably close is the 'Reply to All' button, but that would not leave a 'trail' for discussions.
It would be highly useful to have a forum where federation issues may be tabled and discussed as well as potentially archived
