Detailed Description:
I propose fed and common markets have more options. A joint fund, here players could set a % of their income to give to the fed/market to aid other members ( as happens in the EU). This could be similar to the grant method of the sc or as a % of fund money to each country. Also after a war bewteen players a peace deal could be arranged e.g to gibe say 100B a year to the victor for 10 years also a fed could pay to another fed. This would allow proper peace negotitions.
