Detailed Description:
At present workers in a nation contribute to a pension fund, this is then combined with the social security money to pay for pensioners retirement.
However, no work place pension currently exists, the benefits of which could be another way of getting workers to come to your corps. Better pension/welfare levels in an enterprise would act as a combined incentive with salary levels. Perhaps it would also be possible to set the level of pension contribution by the enterprise itself, allowing an enterprise to be really scrooge like or the reverse.

The pension functions in the game are underdeveloped and will be improved in the future. We have adopted the idea that pension money should not reside in the corporations but will be invested independently and in a secure way. Enron and others have shown that keeping the pension money in the corporation, represents a very high risk to the workers in the corporation is in trouble.
We intend to improve the pension functions and may introduce more freedom for the players to decide on their strategy.
