Enterprise Contracts Status: Will be added

Detailed Description:

I would like to be able to contract production to my enterprise. I have several strategic corps and as it is now I have to manually sell the production to the enterprise. I don't always have buyers and need the ability to stock the production until a buyer is available. Making this automatic would be helpful. It also appears to me it is not possible to contract to another enterprise. We should be able to contract directly to another enterprise's corporation.
