Detailed Description:
Right now I am waiting for a friend to come into a common market while all existing members have already voted him to be allowed in, but we still have to wait 6 months before he can actually get in because then the vote time is over. I like vote's to end when all members have cast their vote. Please support me in this question to remove a needles delay
