Detailed Description:
At present there is little encouragement for players to join a Common Market apart from a regular supply, providing the contractor maintains production level. I therefore propose that members of a Common Market should be able to sell items to each other at a reduced "Market Rate" of between 1% and 10%. The rate would be decided by the seller, and could vary between items. This reduction would be applied before any Trade Strategy Quality increase was applied. I feel that this would provide an encouragement for more to join Common Markets. Also this same % provision could apply to items sold to your own Country by your own Corporations. Please vote YES if you feel that this proposal would enhance the gameplay.

Common markets should be profitable and attractive to join.
