Detailed Description:
I would like to state that the new restrictions on CEOs in the purchase of/building of new corporations violates the principle of the game which limits the Enterprise to expand. In real life a corp is continually buying and building to obtain maximum profit. if you believe new rule and stupid and you want to buy/build/sell corps with out restrictions vote YES if you want big brother (The GM) telling you cant bid and start new corps then vote NO.

In real life, the largest enterprise in the world has probably less than one million workers. In the game it is unlimited and there are enterprises with 120 million workers. This is far too large.
The limit for the number of corporations used to be 1000 corporations. It is now UNLIMITED number. Everyone can do it and grow without any restriction. The number of direct purchasing of corporations used to be 1000 and it is now 750.
When building and enterprise, there is an easy phase up to 750 corporations and there is an advanced phase, where you need to trade shares to grow. Certainly, we can expect CEO players with 750 corporations to be able to play the share market. The game should not be trivialized.
