Detailed Description:
As discussed with Jozi in a 'jozi-chat' quite a while ago: Mainly because of the introduction of the importance of unit fighting strength, being averaged on weapon/ammo quality, I would like to see an additional option added to the order strategy system whereby a president could set the quality of any product ordered automatically. This would enable anyone to buy high quality weapons/ammo whilst still buying 100Q milk, veg etc. W3C have stated it is their intention at some later date to make quality of country consumables have an effect on welfare in some form, so this would also be an excellent precursor to that change instead of having to adjust everything -after- the changes are eventually made. In short, an additional column to set order quality on the order strategy page please.
