Detailed Description:
Currently, the requirements for making a corporation public are very restrictive. Combined with the reduced profitability of enterprise corporations, it has become virtually impossible to make a private corporation public.
I propose that these restrictions be eased so that a fully upgraded corporation that is consistently profitable can be made public if the CEO desires.

We will look into the conditions. Public corporations are able to upgrade to higher levels and will in the future be able to grow in size. This privilege will be reserved for successful corporations.
We currently have far too many public corporations and should look into the conditions of removing a corporation from the public market if it does not perform.
