The army already gets everyone it needs. When the army is purchasing weapons, the number of soldiers and officers grows automatically and they are recruited from the general workforce. It is limited to people under the age of 50.

The numbers available are already very high and should not become even higher. We expect armies to become smaller over time and countries will have more potential soldiers than needed.
