Disaster Warning System Status: Please read our response

Detailed Description:

When more disasters are added i think disaster warnings be added. The president can get an early notice and warn the population and there would be less deaths cause the population can evacuate ahead of time. vote yes if you agree. Vote no if you just don't care about losing population over disasters.
