Detailed Description:
I think that in order to make countries more diverse there should be an random amount of certain kinds of natural resources. This would make it so that if one county happened to have more resources of a certain type like lets say gold in their country they would have a slight advantage to have a mining corporation in their country over other countries with less of this resource.
