Detailed Description:
Currently the use of contracts in Simcountry is fairly limited. They can be initiated with a click of a button and canceled as well. We should implement the ability to negotiate terms and penalties for canceling a contract, unable to deliver etc.. Of course this would only matter to contracts between two players and not between corporations of the same player (What's the point of punishing yourself).

This is a good idea. We are currently working on many features that have been proposed before and are essential to the game. It may take some time before we will be able to implement this feature.
