Detailed Description:
Here you can vote against auto-demolishing of schools/universities/hospitals which can occur, when you have not enough professionals or if your financial index become very low. These buildings should be closed for a some time, until a president will not open them again (with no any payment or with little one, but that is not a point, importent thing is that they will be open momentary, not that way, when you are constructing new ones of them). Country should pay for its maintenance some money, but it should be less than payment for buildings with working (teaching/healing) people. It seems so ridiculous, when these buildings are just demolishing, like it was if some blows them with a nuclear weapon.

We will try to solve this problem but are not sure users would like to pay for these empty buildings. We will try to turn these facilities into inactive schools etc, like weapons that are in reserve.
