Detailed Description:
I suggest that countrys not allowed to change their name if: 1) They are at war with a president , 2) They have sneak attacked in the last 30 game days , 3) There has been more than 5 changes in 365 game days. I think allowing people , especially those who change their name to keep anonymousness with their attacks is wrong.. please end name change abuse! VOTE YES!

We agree that there is a problem here but the solution must be simple. The suggestion is complicated. We may just set a minimum period between name changes.
