Detailed Description:
This is short and simple. I would like to see corporations for example weapons and strategic to be funded by the country. This means that they can't go bankrupted unless the country goes bankrupt. What I mean is the money of the country is shared with the corp. I feel bothered by doing a median task of transferring cash from my country to my strategic corps and then repaying the loans. This will eliminate the frustration of finding that you forgot to pay the loans or that while you were at work that 30 months of work on a nuke goes gone away.

We will add a new setting where a country can give a set amount to a state or national corporation each game month is the cash in the corporation is under some limit. This will solve more than this specific problem.
