Detailed Description:
I have noticed there's something missing from the country contract page. Currently you can sign contracts for raw materials and consumer goods, but there are no options for weapons and ammunition. You can trade directly or contract full production with a corporation in your country, but you can't give contracts to countries in your empire or common market. I don't believe this option would save anyone a significant amount of money, instead it would allow you to progressively build your forces avoiding manpower shortages caused by the purchase of a large number of weapons. I realize, if ratified, that this proposal would be low on the priorities list because its mostly a convenience issue although I believe it could solve some problems.
